Personalisation is the new mass communication

I went to a very interesting event last week, organized by ZX.YCN in Amsterdam: A Panel on Personalisation. In the panel were Tristan Thomas, Head of Marketing and Community at ‘bank of the future’ Monzo, Jonathan Chippindale, CEO of digital retail pioneers Holition, Jonna van den Dungen, CEO of predictive analytics tool StyleScript, and WeTransfer CMO Damian Bradfield.

I'm looking forward to their next event.
